Semi-Competitive and recreational (14U+)

This program is designed for athletes who are unable to make the commitment to a full competitive program, but still want to train and participate in tournaments. Athletes in the semi-competitive program practice 3-4 hours between 2 to 3 sessions per week, which also includes our Sunday house league games. This program is also available to recreational players who want to train and scrimmage but do not want to participate in out-of-town tournaments.
