Due to a swim meet at the Nepean Sportsplex, the following changes for Friday’s practices have been made:

13u: 8:00pm-8:30pm in the small, 25m pool, 8:30pm-9:30pm in the 50m pool.

15U/17U: 8:30pm (changed from 8:00pm) to 10:00pm
