Hello Capital Wave Families,

We are excited to announce the winners of our latest (and hopefully last!!!) Lockdown Challenge.
We had a tremendous amount of participation and lots of creative and funny videos. We also learned that many of our athletes know a lot of trivia, are fantastic scavenger hunters aaaaaaannnnddddnd some could use some work on their baking skills!!! LOL!
We hope you all felt connected and supported during our time away from the pool.
