Due to a swim meet at the Nepean Sportsplex, the following changes for Friday's practices have been made: 13u: 8:00pm-8:30pm in the small, 25m pool, 8:30pm-9:30pm in the 50m pool. 15U/17U: 8:30pm (changed from 8:00pm) to 10:00pm

The Board of Directors recently approved the following new policy: -An Administrative Fee of $5.00 will be charged to families each time an payment is made to the incorrect account.- When families accidentally send fees to the wrong account, they cannot simply be transferred TO THE CORRECT ACCOUNT and it requires CONSIDERABLE extra time and effort on the part of our volunteers to rectify [...]

 Swim Ontario has announced the Building Fundamentals Coach Program. This program will offer an online Swimming 101 course to one coach from each Swim Ontario affiliated member club at a subsidized rate of $100 (regular price $350) between February and May 2023.
