Coach Adrian’s Pre-Season Boot Camp – Rain or Shine
Boot Camp Background Information: This activity will involve a number of physical exercises that use body weight only and an incline hill. The purpose of the boot camp will be to begin preparing athletes for the upcoming season with the intention that many of these exercises will continue throughout the year as part of a pre-water session/dry-land training and warmup. Athletes will be encouraged to complete the exercises to the best of their ability with a focus on form and technique to avoid injury.
Athletes will be encouraged to continue these exercises on non-water session days and can be given an exercise program to complete on their own if desired.
