Yes. WAVE is a competitive club.

Tournaments and swim meets are when coaches evaluate the progress of the athletes in the Junior WAVES and 13U programs.

Failure to participate in at least 2 swim meets and 1 tournament between September and January and again between February and June, may lead to you not being able to renew.

You and your athlete must be committed to our competitive program at the Junior WAVES and 13U levels because it will only get harder to commit as you progress.
