There could be several reasons:
  • you may have missed the commitment deadline. Dates are posted on the club calendar along with the link to the forms. Information is also included in the TM weekly updates and in the News section of the website.
  • not an appropriate meet for your particular athlete ie: it’s a meet for more experienced swimmers and your athlete is still new
  • you may no longer be in “good standing” with the club. This typically happens when meet/tournament  fees are outstanding from a previous event. As stated on all commitment forms and fees emails, once you have committed and are entered into the meet/tournament, you will be responsible for the fees regardless if your athlete is able to attend or not.
