You should have received an email from Swim Canada and Lisa to log in and complete the waivers required to attend practice and participate in swim meets.

Our first swim meet in Brockville is coming in less than 3 weeks. 

I know first hand that there is a lot of paperwork at the start of  a season.

I am starting to plan who is to attend this meet and to arrange for relay teams and knowing who can legally attend is essential.
