The Board of Directors recently approved the following new policy:
-An Administrative Fee of $5.00 will be charged to families each time an payment is made to the incorrect account.-
When families accidentally send fees to the wrong account, they cannot simply be transferred TO THE CORRECT ACCOUNT and it requires CONSIDERABLE extra time and effort on the part of our volunteers to rectify the situation. Please ensure that you ALWAYS send your transfers to the correct email. Reminders ARE included in the emails sent out.
The policy is in effect as of February 1st, 2023.
