3:30-3:55: SWOTT warmup
4:00-4:25: WAVE and CMNM warmup
4:30: Start of session
8pm: Estimated end of session
No parents on deck at any time. If your young athlete leaves the pool deck have them inform a coach.

Equipment

Do not bring your equipment to the meet. Just a couple of pairs of goggles and a burning desire to kick butt.
Go Swim will be selling swimming equipment in the lobby (fins, swim suits, training equipment etc) for people that need anything.

Food drive

SWOTT is asking that you bring a non-perishable food for the Ottawa Food bank! SWOTT will have boxes to fill, and will drop it off on Monday!
