ALL MERCHANDISE ORDERS MUST BE PAID FOR BEFORE THEY CAN BE PICKED UP – ALWAYS PUT YOUR ORDER # AND THE NAME OF YOUR ATHLETE IN THE NOTES SECTION OF THE EMT.
All orders are pick up ONLY from the Merchandise Coordinator’s home, who will send a reminder email that week. Pick ups are Saturday from 9am-7pm for orders placed by Wednesday evening. There will be no pick ups during 15U and 17U tournament weekends – please refer to the calendar.
Any orders for tournaments must be placed 10 days before the event. The tournament schedules are made available to families by the Team Manager and you are responsible for knowing what you have and what you need to purchase. The website lists all items required for all groups which should be purchased before tournaments (https://ottawawaterpolo.com/merchandise-requirement/).
