This week is Mental Health Week in Canada and it’s important to take stock of our mental well being.
Competitive sport is mentally taxing as well as rewarding. The coaches at WAVE are cognizant of this and we are always looking to improve the mental-well being of our athletes.
I like to say, “Life is always better in the water”. It’s true. But sometimes, that’s not enough. Please take a look at the page we created and if there is anything more you think we can do as a club, please reach out to Rodrigo or Fraser.
